The engine
A deterministic physics simulator runs eight tactical agents over a 110-second race. Hybrid tick rate — 1000ms cruising, 100ms in contested moments. Same seed, same field: same race, every time.

The wire
At order official the seed and nonce are revealed with the payouts. Re-hash them against the commitment, rerun the seed through the public engine, and the finish order reproduces bit-for-bit. The race isn't the result — the race is the proof.
